Biography :
Dr. Zuzanna Żelażewska is a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of the Medical University of Warsaw in Pharmaceutical Sciences (since 2025) and a Master of Pharmacy. Her award-winning master’s thesis, conducted at the Department of Pharmacotherapy and Pharmaceutical Care, focused on the preclinical evaluation of hepatotoxicity of combined morphine and disulfiram therapy and was published in Toxicology and Applied Pharmacology. Her current research explores the molecular mechanisms and safety of novel drug combinations for pain management, including repurposing disulfiram for opioid-induced hyperalgesia.
